सागर जिले के देवरी थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम सिंगपुर गंजन के फूटा ताल मौजा में जमीनी विवाद को लेकर गर्भवती महिला से मारपीट की गई । मारपीट में उसके गर्भ में पल रहे 7 माह के बच्चे की मौत हो गई । डफरिन अस्पताल में डॉक्टरों ने महिला की जान तो बचा ली , लेकिन बच्चे को नहीं बचा पाए । दरअसल , देवरी थाना क्षेत्र के ग्राम सिंगपुर गंजन के पास फूटा ताल मौजा में जमीनी विवाद को लेकर पहला मामला 3 जून को सामने आया था । इसमें आरोपी सबजानी पारदी ने गर्भवती महिला के साथ छेड़छाड़ की थी । महिला की शिकायत पर देवरी पुलिस ने आरोपी सबजानी पारदी के खिलाफ छेड़छाड़ समेत अन्य धाराओं में प्रकरण दर्ज किया था । तब आरोपी की गिरफ्तारी नहीं की गई । इसी बीच 5 जून को आरोपी सबजानी पारदी , लोटस पारदी , पप्पू पारदी , अरविंद पारदी महिला के खेत पर पहुंचे और महिला के पति को बखरनी करने से मना किया , तो वह गांव आ गया । रात करीब 7 बजे आरोपी घर पर पहुंचे और गालीगलौज करने लगे । विरोध करने आरोपियों ने गर्भवती महिला के साथ जमकर मारपीट की । घायल अवस्था में महिला ने पुलिस को सूचना दी । जानकारी मिलते ही डायल -100 पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और बेहोशी की हालत में गर्भवती महिला को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया । स्थिति गंभीर होने पर 6 जून को सागर रेफर कर दिया गया , जहां डॉक्टरों ने इलाज किया और टेस्ट कराए । जांचों में महिला के पेट में पल रहे 7 माह के बच्चे के मृत होने की पुष्टि हुई । इस पर डॉक्टरों ने 8 जून के मृत बच्चे को पेट से बाहर निकाला । इस दौरान मां अपने मृत बच्चे के पास बैठकर रोती रही । पुलिस ने लिए बयान समाजसेवियों ने मामले की शिकायत एसपी से की । इसके बाद देवरी थाना के एसआई नंदकिशोर चौबे अस्पताल पहुंचे और पीड़ित महिला के बयान लिए । बयानों में महिला ने कहा कि मारपीट करने वालों में पांच लोग शामिल थे । देवरी थाना प्रभारी प्रशांत सेन ने बताया कि मामले में आरोपियों के खिलाफ मारपीट का प्रकरण दर्ज किया है । आरोपी सबजानी पारदी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है । गर्भ में मृत बच्चे का पीएम कराया है । पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी ।


A pregnant woman was assaulted over a land dispute in Futa Tal Mauja, village Singapur Ganjan of Deori police station area of ​​Sagar district.  The 7-month-old child born in her womb died in the assault.  Doctors at Dufferin Hospital saved the life of the woman, but could not save the child.  In fact, the first case regarding land dispute came to light on June 3 in Phota Tal Mauja near village Singapur Ganjan of Deori police station area.  In this, accused Sabjani Pardi had molested the pregnant woman.  On the complaint of the woman, the Deori police had registered a case against the accused Sabjani Pardi under other sections including molestation.  The accused was not arrested then.  Meanwhile, on June 5, when the accused Sabjani Pardi, Lotus Pardi, Pappu Pardi, Arvind Pardi reached the woman's farm and refused to give birth to the woman's husband, he came to the village.  The accused reached the house at around 7 pm and started abusing.  When protesting, the accused beat up the pregnant woman fiercely.  In the injured condition, the woman informed the police.  As soon as the information was received, Dial-100 police reached the spot and the pregnant woman was admitted to the hospital in a state of unconsciousness.  On June 6, when the situation became critical, he was referred to Sagar, where doctors treated him and got tests done.  In the investigations, the 7-month-old baby born in the woman's womb was confirmed dead.  On this, the doctors took out the dead child of June 8 from the stomach.  During this, the mother kept crying while sitting beside her dead child.  The police took the statement, the social workers complained about the matter to the SP.  After this, SI Nandkishore Choubey of Deori police station reached the hospital and took the statement of the victim woman.  In the statements, the woman said that five people were involved in the assault.  Deori police station in-charge Prashant Sen said that a case of assault has been registered against the accused in the case.  The accused Sabjani Pardi has been arrested.  PM has been done for the dead child in the womb.  Further action will be taken after the post-mortem report is received.
