विक्रम यूनिवर्सिटी उज्जैन ने तृतीय वर्ष की परीक्षा पेपर अपलोड करने और उत्तर पुस्तिका जमा करने की तारीख में किया बदलाव

प्रश्न पत्र अपलोड करने की तिथि 30/06/2021 

उत्तर पुस्तिका पर प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखने की समय सीमा प्रश्न पत्र अपलोड होने की तिथि एवं समय से प्रश्न पत्र हल करने का समय प्रारंभ 30/06/2021 से 06/07/2021 

परीक्षार्थी द्वारा नजदीकी संग्रहण केंद्र पर प्रश्न पत्रों की लिखित उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं को एक साथ जमा करने की तिथि प्रातः 10:30 से शाम 5:30 तक 07/07/2021 

जिले के अग्रणी महाविद्यालयों के प्राचार्य के कार्यालय के पते पर डाक से सभी प्रश्न पत्रों के लिखित उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि 13/07/2021 डाक द्वारा लिखित उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के भेजने की तिथि की प्रमाणिकता हेतु स्पीड पोस्ट अथवा रजिस्टर्ड डाक की रसीद ही मान्य होगी  |


विशेष निर्देश 

1 उत्तर पुस्तिका जमा करने के निर्देश परीक्षार्थी अपने लिखित उत्तर पुस्तिका अपने नजदीकी संग्रहण केंद्र पर जमा कर सकेंगे डाक द्वारा जिले की अग्रणी प्राचार्य के कार्यालय के पते पर भेजेंगे डाक द्वारा प्रेषित उत्तर पुस्तिका निर्धारित तिथि अवधि के पश्चात प्राप्त होने पर स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी  |


2 उत्तर पुस्तिका के संबंध में निर्देश परीक्षार्थी स्वयं के पास उपलब्ध रजिस्टर के कागज के आकार के कागज की उत्तर पुस्तिका बनाकर उत्तर लिखेंगे प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी स्वयं का रोल नंबर नामांकन क्रमांक महाविद्यालय का नाम विश्वविद्यालय का नाम तथा पूर्व घोषित परीक्षा केंद्र का नाम विषय प्रश्न पत्र का शीर्षक उत्तर पुस्तिका के हस्तलिखित प्रश्नों की संख्या अनिवार्य रूप से दर्ज करेंगे परीक्षार्थियों को ओपन बुक परीक्षा में समस्त विषयों की प्रश्न अनुसार प्रश्न पत्र बार पृथक पृथक उत्तर पुस्तिका लिखना अनिवार्य होगा उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं पर परीक्षार्थी को नियमित व स्वाध्याय लिखना अनिवार्य होगा जहां दो और तीन प्रश्न पत्र हैं उनकी एक ही उत्तर पुस्तिका में प्रश्न पत्र बार लिखना अनिवार्य होगा प्रत्येक प्रश्नपत्र के लिए प्रथक प्रथक उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं में उत्तर लिखकर नजदीकी संग्रहण केंद्र पर जमा करें |


3 परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र परीक्षा शुल्क के संबंध में निर्देश सत्र 2020-21 की परीक्षाओं एवं परीक्षा परिणाम के लिए स्नातक स्नातकोत्तर तथा अन्य समस्त संबंधित पाठ्यक्रमों के नियमित स्वाध्याय पूर्व परीक्षार्थियों को विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षा शुल्क एवं विश्वविद्यालय परीक्षा फॉर्म जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा |


नोट

1 सभी परीक्षार्थी शासन की कोविड-19 गाइडलाइन का पालन अनिवार्यता सुनिश्चित करेंगे संग्रहण केंद्र परीक्षा केंद्र पर मास्क और न्यूनतम 2 गज की दूरी बनाए रखेंगे |


2 डाक द्वारा लिखित उत्तर पुस्तिकाओं के भेजने की तिथि की प्रमाणिकता हेतु केवल स्पीड पोस्ट अथवा रजिस्टर्ड डाक से ही मान्य होगी |


3 परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा फॉर्म जमा की गई शुल्क की रसीद ओपन बुक उत्तर पुस्तिका के साथ संबंधित परीक्षा केंद्र में जमा करेंगे जिन परीक्षार्थियों ने परीक्षा फॉर्म पूर्व में जमा करवा दिए हैं उन्हें पृथक से जमा करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी |

 Time limit for writing answers to questions on the answer sheet From the date and time of uploading of question paper, time to solve the question paper starts from 30/06/2021 to 06/07/2021
 Date of submission of written answer sheets of question papers by the candidate at the nearest collection center from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm 07/07/2021
 The last date for receipt of written answer sheets of all the question papers by post at the address of the principal of the leading colleges of the district is 13/07/2021 Speed ​​post or registered post receipt for authenticity of the date of sending the written answer sheets by post.  will be valid

 special instructions
 1 Instructions to submit the answer sheet, the candidates will be able to deposit their written answer book at their nearest collection center, will send it by post to the address of the leading principal of the district, if the answer book sent by post is received after the stipulated date period, it will not be accepted.

 2 Instructions regarding the answer sheet, the examinee will write the answer by making an answer sheet of paper size paper available with him/herself.  Title will compulsorily enter the number of handwritten questions in the answer book, it will be mandatory for the examinees to write the question paper times and separate answer sheets according to the questions of all the subjects in the open book examination, it will be mandatory for the examinee to write regular and self-study on the answer sheets where two and three questions  It will be mandatory to write the question paper repeatedly in the same answer sheet, write the answer in separate answer sheets for each question paper and submit it to the nearest collection center.

 3 Instruction regarding the examination application form examination fee For the examinations and examination results of the session 2020-21, it will be mandatory for the pre-students of regular self-study and all other related courses to submit the university examination fee and university examination form.

 1 All the examinees will ensure that it is mandatory to follow the Kovid-19 guidelines of the government, the collection centers will maintain masks and a minimum distance of 2 yards at the examination center

 2 For the authenticity of the date of sending the written answer sheets by post, only by speed post or registered post will be valid.

 3 The candidates will submit the receipt of the examination form submitted fee along with the open book answer sheet to the respective examination center. Those candidates who have submitted the examination form earlier will not be required to submit them separately.
