भोपाल में एक पिता द्वारा अपनी ही बेटी से दुष्कर्म किए जाने का मामला सामने आया है । आरोपी 17 साल की नाबालिग से करीब 9 साल से ज्यादती कर रहा था । मामले को दबाने के लिए वह बेटी के साथ ही पत्नी से भी बेरहमी से मारपीट करता था । नाबालिग ने करीब 9 साल बाद अपने पिता के खिलाफ खड़े होने की हिम्मत जुटाई और मां के साथ थाने पहुंचकर पुलिस से शिकायत की । छोला मंदिर इलाके में रहने वाली 17 साल की नाबालिग पिता की करतूतों के कारण पहले ही पढ़ाई छोड़ चुकी है । 

उसने अपनी मां के साथ छोला मंदिर थाने पहुंचकर अपने पिता के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म किए जाने की शिकायत की । उसने बताया कि माता - पिता के अलावा तीन भाई भी हैं । उसके पिता बावर्ची हैं । नाबालिग ने पुलिस को बताया कि उसके पिता उसके साथ 9 साल से गलत काम कर रहे हैं । यह हरकत वे उसकी मां के सामने करते हैं । कुछ बोलने पर मारपीट करते हैं । मां को भी मारते हैं । उसके कारण ही उसकी पढ़ाई और लोगों से बातचीत गई । वह घर में ही रहती है । दो दिन पहले भी उन्होंने उससे ज्यादती की , लेकिन इस बार उसने ठान लिया कि वह उसके खिलाफ पुलिस से शिकायत करेगी ।

शुक्रवार को जैसे ही पापा काम पर निकले , उसने मम्मी को तैयार किया और वह छोला मंदिर पुलिस थाने आ गई । उसने पिता के खिलाफ लिखित शिकायत दी । मुंह खोलने पर जान से मारने की धमकी देता है वह कहता था कि अगर किसी रिश्तेदार , पड़ोसी या फिर पुलिस को इसके बारे में बताया तो जान से मार देगा । पापा की धमकी और मार के डर से अब तक ना तो मां और न ही मैं उससे कुछ बोल पाई । पहली बार उसने साल 2012 में उससे दुष्कर्म किया था । उस समय वह 9 साल से भी कम उम्र की थी । गुरुवार की रात उन्होंने फिर उससे ज्यादती की । इसी दौरान मां की नींद खुल गई । उन्होंने विरोध किया , तो पापा ने उनसे खूब झगड़ा किया । पुलिस ने आरोपी पिता को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है ।

A case of raping his own daughter by a father has come to light in Bhopal.  The accused was committing atrocities on a 17-year-old minor for about 9 years.  In order to suppress the matter, he used to beat the daughter as well as the wife mercilessly.  After about 9 years, the minor gathered the courage to stand against his father and reached the police station with his mother and complained to the police.  A 17-year-old minor living in the Chola Mandir area has already dropped out due to the misdeeds of her father.  He reached the Chola Mandir police station along with his mother and complained about the rape against his father.  He told that apart from the parents, there are three brothers also.  His father is a cook.  The minor told the police that his father was doing wrong things with him for 9 years.  He does this act in front of his mother.  They beat when they say something.  He kills his mother too.  Because of that, he lost his studies and interacted with people.  She stays at home.  Two days ago also they tortured her, but this time she is determined that she will complain against him to the police.  On Friday, as soon as Papa left for work, he prepared his mother and she came to the Chola Mandir police station.  He gave a written complaint against the father.  Threatens to kill if he opens his mouth, he used to say that if any relative, neighbor or police were told about it, he would kill him.  Neither mother nor I could speak anything to her till now due to the threat of father and the fear of being killed.  He first raped her in the year 2012.  At that time she was less than 9 years old.  On Thursday night, he again abused her.  In the meantime, my mother woke up.  When he protested, Papa quarreled with him a lot.  Police have arrested the accused father .
